Living and researching in a bird colony is already a loud and smelly endeavour- but nothing compares to the chaos that would ensue among the thousands of breeding residents each time this eagle emerged and circled the island. Talk about sensory overload! Credit goes out to this beautifully posed predator and the many birds that alarmed me of this great photo opportunity.
